Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged flashcards.

Conditions: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Digital content (e.g., audio files) is non-refundable unless access fails due to our error.

Process: Email admin@verbacard.com with your order number and issue. We’ll provide a return label (if applicable) and process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return.

Shipping: Original shipping costs aren’t refunded; return shipping is free for defects, otherwise it’s on you.
