Great set of cards!
Great layout of the character, definition and example usage. I like the colour-coded edge indicating the part of speech. The size is perfect, and the coating and thickness are durable and easy to flip. I can see inter-relationships between the characters' components or meaning I hadn't noticed fefore. Now I need a set of card holders for cards that I sort of know and cards I really need to practice. ;)

Definitely recommend these cards even though they don't exactly match our class.
This is a borderline 5. Everything is high quality as far as the cards themselves. The box is really sturdy and well built. The price is definitely worth it.
I bring these around with me back and forth to school all the time in the box they came in, so the travel will. Each individual card helps with pronunciation quite well.
I have two minor concerns. The first has to do with the available words. I'm taking Chinese 101 and most of the carts match up but there are some that for lack of a better word don't seem complete. For instance there's some family cards but not all of the family.
My second issue is more of a me issue. I think I lost one of the cards and it really would be nice to have some blank cards to replace them or even to create your own cards.

Simplified Chinese flashcards
I am using these in conjunction with Duolingo studies. The vocabulary aligns perfectly with the Pinyin and simplified translations being taught on Duolingo. These cards are excellent for adding value to your learning experience. Sturdy cardstock makes them easy to handle and shuffle. These would make an excellent gift for the polyglot in your life. I recently took them on a road trip and they are perfect for travel: compact and have their own sturdy box.
